Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2, 2025

1. Overview
At Protas Edge, we are committed to providing high-quality career coaching and support services. Due to the nature of our personalized offerings, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or booking our services.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Mock Interview Services: Refunds for mock interviews may be requested within 48 hours of booking, provided the session has not yet been conducted.

  • Career Coaching Packages: Refunds for unused portions of pre-paid coaching packages may be requested. The refund amount will be adjusted to account for the standalone retail value of services already rendered or completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed mock interview sessions.

  • Resume reviews, LinkedIn profile reviews, or any writing services once proofed or final versions have been delivered.

  • Career coaching sessions that have been conducted as scheduled.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Career Coaching Sessions: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. Revision Policy
For resume writing, cover letter creation, or LinkedIn profile services:

  • Two free rounds of revisions are included within 10 business days of delivery. Additional revisions or requests outside this timeframe will incur a $25 fee per revision.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling:

  • Email us at info@protas.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided in cases where:

  • The client fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.

  • Services have been fully rendered as agreed upon.
